The Application in the dye industry
——
Parachlorotoluene:
The production of p-chlorobenzic acid serves as a raw material for dyes and textile finishing agents.
O-chlorobenzaldehyde:
O-chlorobenzaldehyde is used in dyes to produce sodium o-sulfobenzaldehyde, o-chlorobenzonitrile and 2-chloro-4-nitrobenzonitrile, etc. New application fields are constantly being developed, such as brighteners for electroplating and fluorescent brighteners for detergents.
P-chlorobenzaldehyde:
In terms of dyes, it is used for the synthesis of Acid Blue 7BF, acid brilliant Blue 6B, etc.
2, 4-dichlorotoluene, 3, 4-dichlorotoluene and 2, 6-dichlorotoluene:
2, 4-dichlorotoluene, 3, 4-dichlorotoluene and 2, 6-dichlorotoluene are all dye intermediates. 2, 4-dichlorotoluene is the raw material for the reactive deep blue K-FGR and acid lake blue A dyes, and 2, 6-dichlorotoluene is the intermediate for the acid medium sapphire B dye.
